Government restrictions have lifted the crowd control to 300 but by then, organisers are hopeful that 500 plus people will be allowed in to enjoy the spectacle.
Offering two shows on Saturday, December 12, amateur boxing will kick off the proceedings at 2pm with many local talented boys raring to go.
Then in the second show, professional boxing will start at 6pm when the big heavyweight Jeff King takes on Wade Hatch.
More heavyweight action follows when Jack Maris takes on Elijah Sa’lesui and Steve Rados takes on Aswin Cabui.
Then the action heats up with the NSW super middleweight title up for grabs; Dan Murray will fight Jackson Donnelly for the honours.
The main event will be an all action, 10 rounder for the WBA Oceana super welterweight title between Billy Cliff and Koen Mazadouir.
Fighters will weigh in the night before at The Mill Hotel from 6pm, to which all fans and friends are invited.
Nasari said he was very excited to be staging his show at the Paceway.
“It’s closer to home, it’s in the heart of Bankstown and it has the convenience of a huge car park,” he said.
“It doesn’t matter how many hits you take in life – financial, mental, physical or emotional, learning how to handle them is what builds character.
“The ultimate martial art and a killer workout, boxing teaches you to come back stronger and smarter after each blow, and to toughen up for the bumps still to come and that’s why boxing is booming in popularity now around the world; come and see for yourself.
“Sponsors interested in helping out on the night, give me a call.”
VIP tables of 10 with a three-course meal plus alcohol are on sale now but get in early; call 0413 812 274 to book or for sponsorship information.
