The clubs represented included Picton, Mt Lewis, Cabramatta who came second and fourth, Revesby, St Johns Park, Grandviews, Bankstown, Taren Point, Gymea, Engadine who came first, Sylvania, Cronulla, Camden, Leichhardt who came fifth, Olds Park and Picnic Point.
Bowl way to third out of 16 clubs
PADSTOW Bowling Club’s Annual October Long Weekend Triples event saw 72 bowlers from 16 clubs turn up to do battle, with the Padstow team comprising Jan Sharpe, Wayne Smith and Andrew Fogwell (pictured) coming in third place.
