Boost health, wellbeing

DEDICATED to improving health and wellness in the local community, Tanya Ormsby has been a chiropractor since 1985 and has seven children, six of whom were born at home with a midwife.

“I have great belief in the body’s capacity to heal and to repair,” she explains.
“I’ve been in A1 Health since 1994, initially at the Padstow Squash Court and at 41 Cahors Road since 2006.
“Both myself, my sister Simone Bosman and Nafisha Anwar are Doctors of Chiropractic.
“Staff member Sonia Nesci has a Diploma of Remedial Massage and has 200 hours plus of teaching yoga plus a Certificate IV in Fitness.
“At A1 Health, our experienced team aim to get you back to optimum health levels.”
Treating a range of musculoskeletal disorders such as low back pain, neck pain, headaches and joint pain, the chiropractors recognise that the misalignment of the spine affects your range of motion, muscle tone and creates imbalances that can cause inflammation.
“We also use kinesiology (muscle testing) to find out why you are in pain,” she said.
“Sometimes we find that there are underlying infections, allergies or childhood stresses trapped within the body.”
Free health classes are on offer on Wednesdays from 7pm. Phone 9774 2949 for further info, visit Facebook or book online at a1health.com.au.
