A great opportunity to try out the game, the session is for four to six-year-olds and will feature simple drills delivered in an engaging and inclusive environment.
Football Australia’s Junior Programs Officer – MiniRoos (NSW/ACT), Jordan D’Alessandro, will be hosting the event and said it would be a fun, safe session designed for new players to learn and build skill.
“It is ideal for children to get a taste of soccer early to help build their love for the game,” he said.
“Playing a team sport is great for a child’s development and confidence which will help them on and off the field.”
Children need to wear comfortable clothing with enclosed shoes and bring a water bottle.
Free but registrations are essential for the ‘MiniRoos’ session this Saturday, November 4, 12-1pm, at cumberland.nsw.gov.au.
