SPEND a day getting back to nature at the Auburn Botanic Gardens Open Day on Sunday, May 26, from 10am to 2pm. Sprawling over 9.3 hectares, the Gardens feature a diverse range of both flora and fauna attractions including native animals and birds, a sunken rose garden and a Japanese garden, as well as children’s playgrounds and beautiful picnic spots. Free entry for Cumberland residents and $4 for others.
