After an opening bid of $1,300,000, the auction took off, with the hammer finally dropping when the price hit $1,808,000.
Frank La Malfa from Philip Daidone Realty, who marketed the property with a tailored campaign, said 17 Kingsland Road was worth every cent.
Annette, one the owners of the property, said: “Frank was very helpful and realistic.
