Ranked 98th in NSW, the school saw an improvement in more than 100 places, which was not least of all down to the phenomenal staff driving a culture of academic rigour that did not compromise on care.
Two students achieved an ATAR above 99 and 26 per cent of the cohort achieved an ATAR above 90. Principal Ben Haeusler said they were extremely proud of the students and their many successes.
“Our entire community is incredibly thrilled for each of our graduates from the Class of 2023,” he said.
“Every single one of our Year 12 students displayed immense resilience, determination and growth.
“These fantastic results are not only testament to their dedication and hard work, but also due to the amazing support of their parents, teachers and peers.”
Best results seen in over 10 years
THE Georges River Grammar class of 2023 is still celebrating after achieving the best HSC results the school has seen in over 10 years.
