Shayzannie Walkely, aged 13, was last seen at library on Rickard Rd, Bankstown, in the afternoon of Thursday, April 1.
Bankstown Police were notified after her family could not contact her after Saturday, April 10, and have since been conducting inquiries into her whereabouts.
Concerns are held for her welfare due to her age.
Shayzannie is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She is known to frequent the Bankstown, Burwood and Parramatta areas, however is believed to be in the Newcastle area.
