THE 10th annual Good Morning Bangladesh Lakemba was a huge success, more than doubling the funds raised at last year’s event. A spokesperson said the Cancer Council fundraiser was jam-packed with people, including local politicians and dignitaries, who for a small donation, enjoyed a wide range of Bangladeshi food and family activities (pictured).
“It was a great day out and people donated generously, bringing the day’s total to $15,160,” he said.
