Author shares secrets of life to inspire at free talk

HAVE you ever wondered about the plan that the universe has for you and what mysteries are hidden behind the stars?

You can find out at Pilar Lopez’s free author talk at Merrylands Library this Thursday, March 7, 6-7pm.
Award-winning founder of House to Grow charity, Pilar is on a mission to empower people through life education, holistic health and wellbeing through writing books to inspire and empower.
In her latest novel, ‘Things I Know are True’, she shines a light on those who face life with the courage to be themselves and whose resolve demonstrates commitment to be an unstoppable force for good.
“Every great story begins with an extraordinary woman and in this case, three generations of women whose lives draw us deep into the very essence of the human soul,” Pilar said.
“An Andalusian psychologist and boxer faces her empty existence. On her 37th birthday, she receives a mysterious letter that will take her on a transformational journey, shattering the chains of time, where she will not only come face to face with her ancestors and a dark past but also with a spiritual world that will completely change her life and that of humanity as we know it.”
An introspective psychological novel, ‘Things I Know are True’ is filled with magical realism and hints of science fiction that lead us to explore the concepts of conscience and happiness.
