INSPIRED by the magic that can happen when diverse minds and hands meet, six artists from Studio A in Crows Nest, joined forces with community members and creatives from the Auburn Peacock Gallery’s Makers Circle group to work together on a new collaborative community artwork on Thursday (pictured).
Called ‘Peacock Wallaby’, the new work, along with others inspired by the Auburn Botanic Gardens and created by the Studio A artists over the next three months, will be on exhibition at the Peacock Gallery from August 10 to September 9.
The Peacock Gallery and Auburn Arts Studio is located at the Auburn Botanic Garden on the corner of Chiswick and Chisholm roads and is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm.
