Arrest more in ‘dial-a-dealer’

In April 2021, Strike Force Dolci was established by detectives from Cumberland Police Area Command to investigate the activities of a syndicate believed to be involved in ‘dial-a-dealer’-style supply of cocaine in the local government area.

Six men have previously been charged and remain before the courts.
Following extensive inquiries, another two men were arrested by strike force detectives last week.
Early on Monday, October 23, police arrested a man at a property on Jersey Road, Greystanes, and was charged with three counts of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis.
Police will allege the man supplied around 200 grams of cocaine during 2021.
Two days later, a 29-year-old man was arrested at Granville Police Station and charged with four counts of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis.
Police will allege the man supplied over 230 grams of cocaine during 2021.
Commander of the Organised Crime Squad, Detective Superintendent Peter Faux said police will continue to target drug supply and manufacture across NSW.
He said police would “relentlessly pursue anyone involved in putting drugs on our streets”.
