Police will allege in court that two drivers were exchanging details after a minor collision on Silverwater Road last week on Monday, October 16, about 5.20pm, when one of them, a 35-year-old, was punched several times and his prescription spectacles stolen by the other driver.
A 52-year-old man was arrested at Normanhurst and charged with robbery.
Inquiries are continuing.
