Police allege the 28-year-old threatened staff at a service station in Haberfield on New Year’s Eve, and demanded cash and cigarettes before fleeing on foot.
Officers subsequently executed a search warrant at a home in Guildford, where they allegedly found two pistols and items relevant to the investigation.
