• OVER 70 guests helped Beauty Point Retirement Resort residents at Padstow Heights, raise a record $6,000 at their Annual Biggest Morning Tea last Thursday. Resident Ken Vickery’s dog Trisha was the highest pet ‘fundraiser’ followed by cat Teddy. Organiser Pam Pitkeathly said it was a wonderfully successful day, raising funds for cancer research, and fitting the most elderly animals were the most successful ‘fundraisers’ on the day.
