It’s 50 years since their father John (Wes) Owsnett started his real estate career, 30 years since Belinda began working in the family real estate business and now over 20 years since Belinda, Todd and Dean started working in the business together.
Belinda, Todd and Dean, along with their staff, are very happy to announce they are rebranding their business, as an independent office, changing from Professionals Padstow Real Estate to their new brand and business name – Property Place Agency.
In addition to their new name, new brand and fresh, modern new look, the Owsnett family are also expanding and opening a second office in the St George area at 10 Frederick Street, Oatley, which will also be under their new brand of Property Place Agency.
Having grown up in Lugarno, with Belinda, Todd and Dean all attending Lugarno Public School and both sets of grandparents in Peakhurst as well as family and cousins spread across Oatley, Mortdale, Padstow and Picnic Point, this move will provide a perfect reconnection between the two areas for their growing business.
Marking the end of an era in some ways for the Owsnett family, but also a thrilling new chapter for their family business, they are launching today as Property Place Agency, with their Oatley office opening next week.
