Safety fear for kidnapped man

THERE are fears for the safety of Omar Elomar who was kidnapped from a home in Condell Park last Sunday evening.

Bankstown Police have been told the 39-year-old man was taken from a home in Third Avenue shortly before 7.30pm.
CCTV shows several men dressed in black storming the home before bundling Elomar into the car.
A crime scene was established to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident.
Police are also investigating whether a SUV found on fire in an open carpark of a unit block on Lawford Street, Greenacre, about 1.25am the next morning, was used in the kidnapping.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze but not before it had spread to a second vehicle.
Anyone who has information about either incident, or who has dashcam of the vicinity about the time of these incidents, is urged to contact Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
Information is treated in strict confidence.
