This will be the second year that Illawong resident Bryce Daniels has grown a mullet to raise funds from sponsors and help make a difference to the mental health of the community.
The former Menai High School student said he would definitely encourage others to get involved.
“I joined because I have had a few close people in my life who went through dark times and one of them didn’t come out of it,” he said.
“So it’s a cause close to my heart.
“Last year I raised just over $2,000 and hope to reach $3,000 this year.”
