Three other gold medal winners at the club were Holly Carr (U14 high jump), Matilda Richards (U15 3000m) and Khloe Hunter (multiclass U11-U12 100m, 200m, 800m and shot put).
Silver medals went to Erin Cassilles (U12 1500m walk), Matilda Richards (U15 1500m) and Khloe Hunter (U11-U12 multiclass discus).
Bronze medals went to Niamh Mackenzie (U15 high jump) and Ben Pittman (U17 discus).
Club President Christine Butters said most of the athletes achieved personal best times, heights and distances which was impressive.
“The State Championship is the last NSW Little Athletics Major Track Championship of the season,” she said.
“We are delighted that Rhiannon has been selected to compete in the Australian Junior Championships and wish her the very best.”
Little Athletes bring home bags of silver and gold
REVESBY Little Athletics’ Rhiannon Bellete has been selected to compete in the Australian Junior Championships in Victoria in April after winning gold (multiclass 15-17 years shotput) and silver (long jump and discus) medals at the NSW State Championships earlier this month.
