BUPA Bankstown residents, lead by Walter Kerr, along with staff members paused for a moment of silent to pay respect during the Remembrance Day ceremony earlier this month fronting the Australian Flag of their Yagoona care home. Mr Kerr said he was taught to show respect to our fallen heroes when he was growing up in bush country towns. “This gesture of remembering our heroes means a lot to me and to us here and should to each and every Australian always,” he said.
