You’ll enjoy: Canapes and Starters – a selection of the best regional antipasto and canapes; Entree – Queen May Potato Gnocchi with a Pecora Jamberoo Mountain Blue cheese sauce, and Blue Fin tuna tartare, crème fraiche, potato straws and dill; Mains – scrumptious Margra Lamb backstrap, served caramelised & crisp cap on with Provençale vegetables, featuring Alto olives, rosemary jus, Austrian crescent potato and garnished with eggplant chips, and Grasslands Premium Beef tenderloin with duck fat Anna potato, pea puree, chanterelle mushroom and classic Dianne sauce; and Dessert – Vanilla Panna cotta with Cuttaway Creek blackberry sauce and honey cake, and Butter puff pastry apple tart with Pink Lady apples and vanilla bean ice cream.
