The eateries both feature mouthwatering Lebanese street food along with the traditional shawarma as well as kebabs plus extremely rare to find dishes like kafta, wagyu or falafel burgers.
Depending on your craving, you can even indulge in a chicken liver, kafta, lamb or raw meat sandwich.
The plates are filling and delicious with the mezza range including hummus, baba ganoush, kibbeh nayeh, labneh, shanklish, potato coriander, moghrabieh and meat or cheese sambousek.
Tarek says that while they really do love their manoush, the menu also features freshly made gourmet pizza, pides, oregano rolls and desserts.
The kitchen team even cook up their own foul (ful), a traditional Arabic breakfast dish made with fava beans but which tastes good at any time.
“We make ‘clay plate’ dishes too cooked on a clay plate in the oven in a very traditional way, and no-one else is doing that,” he said.
