Three charged with supply over drug find worth $1.2m

A MAN form Bankstown, 27, was one of three people charged with drug supply during a police crackdown in which $1.2 million in drugs was allegedly seized.

Last Friday about 4.45pm, he was one of two men arrested during a third vehicle stop at Canley Heights, with police allegedly locating $5,240 cash and nearly 4g of cocaine. The other man was released.
Police stopped two other vehicles in Fairfield and allegedly located 830g of cocaine in a hidden compartment in one and 22 envelopes containing more than 12g of methylamphetamine (ice) and nearly 17g of heroin, with a combined estimated potential street value of $9,000, in the other.
A 28-year-old Cabramatta man and a 31-year-old Fairfield West man also faced drug supply charges.
