A man is in hospital after the car he was driving crashed into a power pole on the Hume Highway, Bass Hill, earlier this afternoon, bringing down power lines. Fire and Rescue NSW quickly established a restricted access zone while Endeavour Energy disconnected the live wires. The driver was treated on scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
