She expects the State to reach that number by October 11 and two weeks later, hit 80 per cent which will allow those who are fully vaccinated to have up to 10 people visit their home, travel freely throughout the state, participate in community sport and access hospitality venues (where drinking while standing up will be allowed indoors).
