With most staff working online, the agency on Auburn Road, Auburn, is still open though for appointments so that numbers entering the office can be monitored.
“All staff are vaccinated, we are cleaning vigorously, have the QR entry and are all masked up,” Joe said.
“We are completely Covid-safe and I want to remind potential vendors that there is no greater time to list their property.
“We have so many buyers waiting to pounce on any houses that become available.”

In line with all real estate in Sydney, property prices in the Cumberland local government area have also shot up.
“When I first started 44 years ago, units cost about $20,000 and houses about $50,000 but now units are worth around $400,000 and houses from $800,000 to $2 million,” Joe said.
“We specialise in selling, leasing and managing residential as well as commercial property and it’s certainly business as usual.”
