Clarrissa Hardy, aged 23, was last seen on Thursday, May 27, in the Merrylands area.
Cumberland Police have since been conducting inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition and her disappearance is out of character.
Clarrissa is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a thin build, and has long black hair.
