After shutting their doors for almost three months due to the Covid-19 crisis, club manager Curtis Busseler says they want families to know that they are going above and beyond current social and cleaning practices to make sure everyone attending is safe and able to enjoy getting back into sport and recreation.
“It’s so important for the community, families and young people that we are finally open, not only for their physical wellbeing, but also their mental health after the Covid-19 restrictions we have all endured,” he said.
“Since opening our doors, it has been amazing seeing people back in the gym and kids attending their gymnastics classes again.
“Everyone is motivated and we are looking forward to our school holiday activities and our Term 3 gymnastics activities coming up.”
PCYC Auburn also offers a wide range of activities and programs including indoor soccer, dance and boxing as well as fully equipped gym for the whole family.
