TWO armed men brandishing samurai swords robbed a service station at Georges Hall on Sunday night.
About 9.10pm, a 48-year-old man was in the process of closing the business for the night when he was confronted by two men with their faces covered and brandishing samurai swords, who threatened him and pushed him back inside the store.
The men forced the employee to open the cash register and hand over a sum of cash.
They fled the location in a black utility that was waiting outside.

Sexual touch charge
A MAN has been charged after allegedly sexual touching a woman at Lakemba last month.
About 11.30pm on Saturday, February 22, a 24-year-old woman was walking to an address on Haldon Street, when she was approached from behind by a man and allegedly sexually touched. The woman screamed and the man walked off.
Following a public appeal for information, a 23-year-old man attended Campsie Police Station last Friday and he was charged with sexually touch another person without consent.

A MAN and a woman have been charged with impersonating a police officer and armed robbery.
About 1.45am on January 30, 2019, it’s alleged a 39-year-old man arrived at Penshurst Street, Beverly Hills, after arranging to meet with a woman he met on a dating website when he was approached by a man and woman who allegedly pretended to be police officers.
It will be alleged the man held an electronic stun device to the 39-year-old man’s face before stealing his wallet, phone and car keys. The pair then allegedly stole his BMW sedan and drove away.
On Wednesday, February 5, detectives arrested and charged a 24-year-old woman with impersonate police officer and exercise powers/functions, in company rob while armed with dangerous weapon, dishonestly obtain property by deception, and possess identity info to commit etc indictable offence.
Following further inquiries, a 24-year-old man was arrested at Silverwater last Wednesday.
He was charged with impersonate police officer and exercise powers/functions, in company rob while armed with dangerous weapon, dishonestly obtain property by deception, and drive motor vehicle during disqualification period.
