WELL known local real estate sales agent Rania Azzi has joined McGrath Bankstown, with Principal George Kapos saying the team is delighted with the move.
“Rania is an exceptional agent and will add a lot of value to our team,” Mr Kapos said.
A skilled negotiator, Ms Azzi set a suburb record for Bankstown when she achieved $2.1 million for 493 Chapel Road in November.
She is widely respected in property circles and holds the title of having sold the most properties in Bankstown in 2019.
Specialising in residential and high-density sales across the suburbs of Greenacre, Condell Park, Yagoona and Bankstown, Ms Azzi’s understanding of council regulations and infrastructure proposals is invaluable to both her clients and McGrath Bankstown.
“Rania is a trusted advisor with a wealth of market knowledge,” Mr Kapos said.
“Her appreciation of the region’s cultural diversity and her fluency in Arabic allows her to connect with the wider community.”
Mr Kapos says the outlook for McGrath Bankstown looks very positive.
“I think the market in this area will continue to grow in 2020 on the back of some strong results and a greater buyer demand at the end of 2019,” he said.
“Bankstown is attracting buyers from outside the area who see its potential.
“New infrastructure including a proposed third campus of the Western Sydney University and an upgraded metro station, is shining a spotlight on the Bankstown property market and bringing out-of-area buyers.”
Ms Azzi says she is excited about joining the team at McGrath Bankstown.
“It’s the McGrath culture that attracted me,” she said. “I look forward to having the support and the systems that McGrath provides.”
Ms Azzi met McGrath founder and executive director John McGrath at last year’s Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC).
“It was a pleasure meeting him and hearing about the company,” she said. “That really confirmed my interest in working with McGrath Bankstown.”
