Inner West Council is now taking applications for the program which combines: Interactive specialist business workshops; group mentoring; one on one mentoring from three different business mentors; and a business accountability partner to assist in identifying a strategic business goal and to then achieve that goal.
Participants will have access to four different business mentors over the course of the program.
Michelle May took part last year and was full of praise.
“After participating in the program I was able to employ three staff part time, with two of them now in a full-time position in my business,” she said.
“The Women in Business program was intense and empowering.”
Another participant said the program helped her obtain a clearer direction on how to drive herself and her business beyond the growth stage.
The program is delivered over three months and costs $500.
