A MAN left a trail of destruction across the Inner West went he allegedly went on a rampage in a stolen truck, crashing into six cars last Tuesday night.

About 6.30pm, a 33-year-old woman parked a truck on Maze Crescent, Darlington, and while she was making a delivery a man entered the vehicle and drove it away.
Police said the truck travelled through the intersection of Shepherd Street and Abercrombie Street, colliding with two vehicles, and injuring one driver.
It's alleged the truck later collided with another car on Charles Street, Erskineville, and another on New Canterbury Road, Dulwich Hill. It continued onto Liverpool Road, Ashfield, where it collided with the rear of another vehicle.
At the intersection of Liverpool Road and Frederick Street, Ashfield, the truck was observed to cross four lanes of heavy traffic, before mounting the footpath on the western side and then start travelling in the direction of oncoming traffic.
The truck then collided with another vehicle, causing both to become stuck. Police approached the truck and arrested the 22-year-old driver.
A roadside breath test and sobriety assessment proved negative.
One officer suffered a deep hand laceration during the arrest.
A man has been charged with take and drive conveyance, drive manner dangerous, not stop at red light, not give particulars, and driver never licensed.
