TICKETS are selling fast for a fundraising night that has attracted some big names in sport and entertainment.
To continue the work of the charity, Help for Hirschsprung Disease, which assists families who have children suffering with bowel disease, a night of entertainment with live bands, raffles and auctions will be held at the Highline function centre in Chapel Road, Bankstown, on August 24 from 6pm to midnight.
Tickets for a table of 10 costs $1,500 and includes a three-course meal, entertainment, including live bands and comedians, and raffles and auctions.
Well known comedians Rob Shehadie and Tahir Bilgic will join NRL players Josh Reynolds, Braith Anasta and Benji Marshall on the night, with a live band providing music.
Help for Hirschsprung Disease supplies toiletry bags at no charge and Buddy Bears to children's hospitals in Sydney and Melbourne.
Georgina Atlas, whose son George suffers with the disease and who established the charity, says the night will be entertainment packed.
"We're hoping to raise enough funds to expand our program into hospitals around Australia," Georgina said.
