SHEDS are getting harder to find as block sizes get smaller and more people live in units and townhouses.
The Auburn City Men's Shed are doing their best to provide a solution by offering semi-retired and retired men a space where they can work on their own woodworking projects such as building toys and other small items.
Members can also participate in restoration, refurbishment and repair work for community projects or just share a cuppa and a chat.
President Abby Russell says they also have lots of wooden toys for sale to the public.
"We use the funds to provide materials and tools to work on other projects," he said.
"We make beehive boxes and other projects for the Cumberland Council."
Open at 356 Park Road, Regents Park, Monday to Wednesday, 9am-4.30pm. Details: 9644 7433 or auburnmensshed@gmail.com.
