OVER 50 nurses (pictured) rallied outside Canterbury Hospital last Thursday with their ongoing campaign against staff to patient ratios.
NSW Nurses and Midwives Association spokesperson, Nola Scilinato said the rally was to highlight the pressures they were under as a result of understaffing, increased workloads and poor skill mix issues at Canterbury Hospital.
"The staffing arrangements aren't working, they can be manipulated and are not transparent," she said.
