JUDGES of the Inner West Local Business Awards, say they have been impressed by the outstanding quality of this year's finalists.
Precedent Productions managing director and Awards founder Steve Loe said judges were amazed at how the standard of awards finalists continued to rise each year.
"Our panel of judges told us that they were impressed by the high quality of every finalist they have visited," he said.
"But knowing the Inner West business community as I do, it comes as no surprise as I have watched them continuously adapt over the decades to meet changes in technology and the evolving needs of their customers."
He said the response of the wider Inner West in its support of the awards, also came as no surprise.
"This is a community that supports its own, which is what makes it such a popular place to live and work," he said.
"Sadly, there can only be one winner in each category, but every single one of our finalists is already a winner as far as I'm concerned."
There are only a few weeks left until the winners of this year's Inner West Local Business Awards are announced at a gala presentation to be held at Burwood RSL.
The awards are made possible thanks to the generosity of major sponsors, Inner West Council and Big Clean and support sponsors, Burwood Council, Birkenhead Point Brand Outlet, Ashfield Mall, Strathfield Plaza, Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre, Sydney Self Defence Centre, BizCover and MWLP.
Winners will be announced at the Inner West Local Business Awards presentation evening on Wednesday, June 20.
"The presentation features wonderful entertainment, with local dignitaries in attendance, but the real stars of the show are the finalists and winners," Mr Loe said.
