THREE day trips to picturesque Berry are among this year's City of Canterbury-Bankstown Seniors Week activities.
One Bankstown resident eager to sign up is 65-year-old Frank Fratto, who says he enjoyed previous day trips to Wollongong and Bulli two years ago, and Kiama last year.
"You don't have to worry about a thing. Just sit back and relax, take in the scenery, and let someone else do the organising," he said.
"I went alone last year but I wasn't really alone, so don't let that stop you. I made some terrific friends on the bus."
Scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, Wednesday, April 11 and Thursday, April 12, each trip will begin at 8am, with pickups at both the Bankstown and Campsie Customer Service Centres, and concludes at 4pm.
Tickets are $20, including morning tea at Stanwell Park Beach Reserve, a visit to an Alpaca farm and lunch, with a chance to do some shopping in Berry.
Bookings are essential, with tickets on sale from the Bankstown and Campsie Customer Service Centres. Details: 9707 9000 or visit
