Bullshark caught near Revesby Beach

The one that didn't get away! The owner of Mac's Bait Bar at Blakehurst warns there's been reports of a number of sharks in the Georges River in the past few weeks. Andrew Lazarides said people shouldn't be swimming in the river at dawn or dusk, or when there's plenty of schools of fish about, when sharks were active. "It's just about common sense," he said. The warning comes after two young men caught a large Bullshark in the Georges River near Revesby Beach yesterday.
