Visitors to the new Paddy's Night Food Markets can enjoy amazing delights from legendary food truck Chur Burger.
MORE than 25 established and up and coming street food truck vendors will be coming together every Saturday night at the new Paddy's Night Food Markets, to give devoted foodies an indulgent street food experience.
From this month, food trucks worth the chase will be parked and open for business in the Sydney Markets Flemington car park.
The unusual venue with ceilings seven metres high, transforms into a buzzing urban eatery complete with crates for tables, that delights visitors with its authentic and original street feel.
If indulgent, great value food in a cool urban setting isn't enough, event goers can also buckle down to a Daytona challenge or PAC-MAN battle against friends. Retro arcade games are free as is the music provided by resident DJ Mike Hyper and other special guests.
Brad Latham, Sydney Markets Limited, CEO said: "Sydney Markets is pleased to announce the addition of Paddy's Night Food Markets to our portfolio. The Paddy's Night Food Markets evolves the Paddy's brand by harnessing the capability that food trucks have in bringing together local foodies."
William Lovehill, owner of the legendary food truck Chur Burger, said: "Paddy's Night Food Markets has created a vibe that no one else can replicate and a space that I've never seen before.
"The free arcade and music really adds to the ambience and gives this whole eatery a cool, modern edge."
