Unlicensed, speeding and fled

TWO men have been charged after a police chase through Milperra last Thursday. Bankstown Highway Patrol were on the M5 motorway at Milperra about 12.53pm, when they spotted a vehicle exit onto Henry Lawson Drive.
Police have activated their lights and siren in an attempt to stop the vehicle for a random breath test. The driver continued to travel along the road, allegedly at speed. Police also allege the driver ignored requests to stop.
The driver and passenger changed seats before turning into Cheatle Street. One of the men jumped out of the motor vehicle and was arrested. The vehicle continued before stopping further along Cheatle Street with the driver fleeing into nearby properties.
A police dog was used to track the man before he was arrested in Bass Avenue. Both men were taken to Bankstown Police Station and charged.
A 19-year-old Greenacre man was charged with police pursuit, driving a motor vehicle during disqualification period and incorrectly wearing a seatbelt. A 20-year-old Condell Park man was charged with police pursuit, having an expired licence, incorrectly wearing a seatbelt and entering enclosed lands without lawful excuse.

Man, 55, caught drink driving
A PANANIA man has been has been issued with a court notice for drink driving after he was stopped in a car park at East Hills on Friday. About 7.25pm, police were travelling along Maclaurin Avenue when they spotted the 55-year-old man walk across the road and into a parked vehicle. The driver turned the vehicle on and drove 15m to the car park exit before reversing backwards. Police stopped the vehicle and breath tested the driver who returned a low range PCA.

Teen arrest over court 'no show'
An 18-year-old Chester Hill man has been arrested after failing to appear before Parramatta Children's Court for charges relating to a police pursuit, supplying and possessing a prohibited drug and dealing with property that was the proceeds of crime. The court issued an outstanding warrant for his arrest. About 10.30am last Thursday, police went to Wolumba Street, Chester Hill, where they arrested the 18-year-old man.
