CELEBRATING the 90th anniversary of its opening, Undercliffe Public School in Earlwood will be holding a Twilight Market on Friday, March 24, from 5pm.
At the opening, all of those years ago, the P&C Committee organised a 'Hang Around Dinner' of cakes, sandwiches and soft drinks.
This time around, the P&C has organised an extravaganza for the whole family!
There will be plenty of activities - from market and food stalls, kids games and face painting, to memorabilia, inflatables and much more.
Undercliffe PS has students attending as the third generation of their family, as well as a member of teaching staff that went to the school.
"Many of our students have parents who attended Undercliffe and it's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the diverse history of the school," a spokesperson said.
"All money raised on the night will be going towards a new playground upgrade."
During the event, local MPs Linda Burney and Sophie Cotsis will oversee the burying of a time capsule full of memories for the future.
While MC for the night will be former Triple J presenter and host of The Feed on SBS Viceland, Marc Fennell.
